Whether you are able bodied or have a physical disabilities a holiday at Lobster Pot could be just what you need to recharge your batteries. The Cottage has been recently refurbished to the highest standards, affords spectacular uninterrupted views across the forth to the May Isle and beyond.

Although overlooking the harbour the cottage retains a peaceful charm. This luxurious open plan cottage has two double bedrooms, one with its own sitting area. Bedroom 1 has a french doors opening into the sun lounge where as the second bedroom also has french doors giving direct access from the seating area onto the patio.

The fitted kitchen has some low level units that are suitable for wheelchair users. There are integral appliances including a dishwasher and a separate purpose built room houses the freezer, washing machine and drier.

The wet floor shower room is furnished with grab rails and easily accommodates a shower chair. The kitchen opens onto a cosy lounge area with a remote control gas coal effect fire. Following through from the lounge is the sun lounge with dining and seating area. All sockets are raised and light switches lowered. The doorways and hallways are wide enough for wheel chairs with plenty of turning space. Externally the project is ramped for ease of manoeuvrability. There is a patio with a barbecue and seating which can be lit up in the evening for al fresco dining.

The property is furnished to a high standard with your comfort in mind. Duvets and bed linens are provided. A disabled parking bay is situated across the road from the cottage. Owners David and Kim Kirkaldy live locally and are on hand to answer any queries and to help make your stay a more memorable one.
