Lobster Pot Cottage

Booking Conditions

1. The cottage shall be available from 3pm on the day of arrival unless otherwise arranged. Please let us know your approximate time of arrival so we can welcome you.



2. The house must be vacated no later than 10.30am on the day of departure unless otherwise arranged.



3. The cottage shall accommodate a maximum of 5 people at any one time.



4. Pets are not permitted.



5. Smoking is not permitted.



6. Any damage or breakages must be reported and paid for.
